Shipping Info

United States

All supplement orders are generally shipped within 24 hours Monday -Friday, from our
New York Distribution, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and California distribution centers

Shipping cost is $6.95 unless multiple proteins or bars
(i.e EAS 42 pack, Muscletech 7lb) or creatine kilos are ordered. $1.00 per heavier item is applied.

Single items and orders less than 2 LBS are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail Confirmation.

All other orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

* Free Shipping for orders over $500.00 in the continental United States.

APO orders over 4lbs are charged US Priority Rate.

International

All International orders are routed if possible through our International distributors. All orders must use a valid email address and phone number to be processed.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight, box size.

We will email you with shipping costs if products are not illegal in your country.

Once the orders leaves one of our distribution centers, We are not responsible for orders that are delayed through customs. If you feel your order has been delayed please contact your local customs office. WE are not able to track your package in your home country.

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered.

Returns are only accepted if unopened and in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is not refundable, and may be deducted from return if order was orginally over $500.00 and shipping was free to the consumer.
